Our soaps are handcrafted in the heart of East Texas using time-honored traditions. Each bar is carefully poured and hand-cut at our workshop in Henderson County ensuring that no two bars are exactly alike. We use various oils and butter, botanicals, natural colorants, essential oils and other quality ingredients to create beautiful rustic soap bars.

Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on soap bars once they have left our shop. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If there is an issue with your order or if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dshmrsoaps@gmail.com.

Refunds: If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail to ensure your soaps arrive quickly and safely. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our workshop in LaRue, TX.

Packaging: We take pride in our rustic roots! Your soaps are nestled in eco-friendly, recyclable materials to protect them during transit. We aim to keep our footprint small while ensuring your "Devotion" bars arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location. We offer Flat Rate Shipping for larger orders and Free Shipping on orders over $50.
